Cloudy...58º

Our first warm night, waking up to a balmy 58º and cloudy...Thunder storms and cooler temperatures for a few days...Herb and I spent most of the day outside yesterday either moving water or relaxing on the deck, we have to take advantage of the sunshine and heat because it is very fleeting...Had a chicken salad for dinner.

I'm surprised that we haven't heard from Rusty this morning as he is usually an early riser...47 years ago today he woke us up at 2am and was born shortly after 5am...That was a quick trip to the hospital...Will celebrate his and Cienna's birthday when they come to Joseph in July.

Count down is on for our Alaska Cruise, our last notice said only 31 days until departure...It seemed like years away when we decided on a date and made the first payment!..My week at Summer Fishtrap is only two weeks away and our other July project, remodeling of the bathroom is moving along, will order supplies soon and maybe some of it can be completed while we are cruising...July is going to be a crazy month.... My newest oriental poppy bloomed yesterday, one huge bloom with 4 more to open soon...Isn't she pretty?
