Have been watching the lunar eclipse since 4:45 am...My very amateur photos from a small point and shoot camera are below...Normally I would have spent the entire time in my recliner doing scrabble games, oblivious to what was happening in our western sky...Thanks Pat for alerting us to this event.
Watched for two hours both live in the sky and live on "Slooh" http://events.slooh.com/ ...SLOOH is a robotic observatory on the Canary Islands that lets anyone view the cosmos without buying, assembling, and learning to use telescopes...Plan to watch a solar eclipse on November 13 2012 only visible in northern Australia and the south Pacific...But now we know we can watch it live on SLOOH...OWAV:)
