I have been playing with the sourdough start recently, trying pancakes and I added some starter to my dinner roll recipe...The rolls were light and fluffy, I still need to work on the pancakes...Last night I mixed sourdough with most of the pancake ingredients and this morning will add eggs and more milk and see what happens.
Tried a new recipe yesterday, imitating our dinner at Jeff and Connies but I use ground beef instead of chicken in the zucchini boats...It was very tasty, easy to do and Herb cooked it before I arrived home from the Joseph Center...So dinner was all but ready when I stepped in the door...Hugs to All...OWAV:)
