Snow as promised this morning, up to an inch...That is not much for this time of winter...People are quick to say we will have to pay for the nice weather and sunny days that have been the norm so far...I among many have been enjoying the longer days, sunshine and bare ground...We have several months of winter ahead of us here in Wallowa County and surely the snows will come giving us the needed snow pack to last through summer...Good Day to All...
