I kept busy on Friday making pickles out of cucumbers...6 quarts of dills in the jars and 3 gallons of sweets in the brine...Roasting tomatoes is on the schedule for today, the smell of garlic and basil will permeate the house...After a yard sale yesterday, Pat and I took in the first Dragon Boat races on Wallowa Lake...Eleven teams showed up for the races and it looked like everyone was having a great time...It was a perfect day, sunny, temperature in the low 80's...Another event added to the summer schedule...The finals will take place today....Hugs To All...OWAV:)
