Make it quick...50º
Dirt roads, sparkling river, green fields, amazing views and mountains all around...Leaving at 8am with lunch and lots of water Pam and I spent the day picking huckleberries and catching up with each other lives...Back home I sorted berries from stems and chaff, gave them a quick rinse, bagged them for the freezer to be made into jam and toppings for cheesecake, waffles and pancakes...It looks like the year for a bumper crop, so already we are making plans for another trip.
