Yesterday worked well for me as I continued prepping food for last nights opening at the Josephy Center...Work awhile then take a break and work on my essay...Continued through the day...When Pam F. arrived late afternoon I had everything on platters and ready to go except for the sandwiches... We soon had six dozen small sandwiches with turkey or ham with cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, sprouts and assorted mustards, mayos etc. made and ready to go...Money from our Write People "fund" will go to help defray the cost of tonights spread.

1 doz. deviled eggs
2 lg. trays of sandwiches
A lovely collection of art was on display at the JC, featuring couple's art, all from local people...Spent a fun evening visiting with friends and making sure that the food table was kept full and looking nice...Wish I had a photo of the entire spread as members of the Josephy Board also contributed more food to the table.
Time for me to get dressed and go play in the snow...Hugs To All...OWAV:)
