I roasted more tomatoes yesterday and have enough left to last us for a week of sliced tomatoes and maybe one last BLT...I couldn't resist eating a few tomatoes directly off the pan, and they went well with a glass of wine, when Pam came for our "catch up Tuesday."...I promise, this is the last photo of roasted tomatoes for this year!..Pita chips, topped with roasted tomatoes, fresh basil, parmesan cheese.

On another note, Rusty chatted in on FaceTime...If all goes well, he will be here on Friday, spend a few days and work on the "honey do" list...Number 1 on the list is cleaning our chimney...Hugs To All...OWAV:)
