Regular meeting of the Write People was yesterday, so instead of writing a blog I was busy browning ground beef, grating cheese and chopping veggies for taco salad...Pat was cleaning more stuff from her fridge as they prepare to leave for the winter...She filled in with salad condiments, chips, and ice cream for dessert...Seven of us shared in the lunch and after group "banter", catching up on Leita's (joined us from Richland) life as well as the past week for the rest of us...We are a noisy, rambunctious group, everyone talking and laughing.
Back home Herb was just finishing his dinner and I had few leftovers to put away (which is good) then we spent the afternoon reading and computing.
This morning we are up early, showers taken as we will leave before 7am for eye appointments in LaGrande...Leita is catching a ride with us to LaGrande where she will meet her Mom, then on to her new place in Richland...Should be an interesting trip to LaGrande as Leita always has stories to share about her life and family...Hugs To All...OWAV:)
