After many days of rain, sun is in our future into the middle of next week...I'm so glad that I worked late one evening and finished planting the garden...The sun on rain soaked seeds will speed their germination...I still have marigolds to plant in pots on the deck, then sit back and watch everything bloom.
On Wednesday afternoon, H and I made a quick trip to the Wallowa County Courthouse, where we watched the swearing in of Rebecca Frolander as the new District Attorney (she will be sworn in again in January, to begin her 4 year term...We have known Becky since she was 8 years old and consider her a special friend...We think Wallowa County is lucky to have her serving in this role...Congratulations Becky, sending special Hugs to you today...OWAV:)
