Thursday was an easy day, sourdough pancakes for breakfast got us off to a good start…I had a batch of fondant waiting for “butter rum” flavor and along with that chopped roasted pecans…Now it is stored in the fridge, along with mint flavored fondant, waiting for a day that I feel like dipping all of it in chocolate.
I had a shopping list ready for Safeway, finished shopping, then made my way to the pool for water therapy…Nine of the ten people signed up for this class were happy to be back in the pool…We all wear face shields and try to keep our distance…A final 10 minutes in the hot tub (two at a time) makes us even happier.
Back home, groceries put away, leftovers heated for dinner, time to relax, read, play games on our devices and count our blessings…Hugs To All…OWAV:)
