Scrabble done, sun shinning, girls here for only three more days...We have an invitation to Pat and Brian's for dinner today...Monday we plan to play the new miniature golf course at the lake and Tuesday we will go to the "Write Group"...Wednesday or just maybe they will wait until Thursday and get back to Portland in time for Cienna's afternoon orthodontist appointment...Time will tell.

Yesterday we, Bobi, Cienna, Pam, Rachel and I went to the "Elgin Opera House" to the matinee performance of "Annie Get Your Gun"...We have gone to summer musicals in Walla Walla, held at the outdoor amphitheater, for many years now...First Herb and I, then we invited friends to go with us...Then the year they did "Cinderella", Cienna and I and Pam and Rachel did a girls overnight trip... Now with plays being held at the newly refurbished Opera House in Elgin we can go for the afternoon...The performance was played to a nearly full house, will run for two more weekends and was enjoyed by all.
Time for me to close and get on with the day, we must take a short walk, make a pie and sit on the deck...Hugs to all...~OWAV:)
