Late last night as I played Angry Birds, the sky lit up and the thunder boomed...I went to bed before the rain started...The ground is wet this morning and now another storm moves through...Forecast--rain-50%.
It is warm in the house this morning, no heat needed...Instead I pull a corduroy shirt on and breath in the smell of a campfire...It was a lovely warm summer evening as we shared food and sat around the campfire at Becky and Johns last night...John had pork loin and tri tip from the grill and the rest of us filled in with salads and hot side dishes...It was a late celebration for Rachel's 12th birthday.
I've been thinking about Cienna's upcoming 14th birthday, she will spend the very day at the science/technology camp and our celebration will come later...I treasure the photo's we have of her and previous birthday celebrations ( camping, swimming, wiener roasts, Oaks Park and more) when she was a "chubby cheeked" little girl!..Now she has moved on to the teen years and becomes more beautiful everyday.
Time is wasting, I must get moving...Hugs to All...OWAV:)
