Hint of a Sunrise...17º

Cold and crisp this morning, stars sparkling in the sky and diamonds dancing on a skiff of snow...Moisture is predicted for today.

A somewhat productive day yesterday as I formed and dipped Almond Joy Bites then tried a new Rocky Road Delight by cutting small squares off of the R R fudge and dipping them in chocolate...On my list to try are some Berry Bonbons made by simmering jam into a thick paste before adding it to creamy fondant...A new recipe for caramel, (to try) add a pecan, dip for the much loved  Turtles...Yesterdays batch of fondant turned out creamy and smooth, waiting this morning for butter rum, plain, and also with pecans.

Cheryl kept me busy at the Josephy Center yesterday, using the new paper cutter making tags for the upcoming show...Also had time for some housekeeping, cleaning in the kitchen and doing the trash...Ida and I split the shift and she took on the job of vacuuming before I arrived...Home at 4pm where Herb had the table set and we enjoyed a glass of wine and a bowl of hot turkey soup with a dinner roll on the side...Leftovers are gone I'm back to "what is for dinner?"...Hugs To All...OWAV:)
