Or maybe I should say the new grinder...Over the years we have tried many pepper grinders from the very simple to battery operated...None of them worked very well or lasted very long...A few years ago we bought grinders at Ikea and have several that we use not only for pepper but salt and also assorted dried spices...They have worked well...This year in my Christmas stocking I found a new, larger, brightly colored grinder and decided to try pepper in it to keep near the stove to season meat, soups etc while cooking...Always looking for a way to spice up our life, this just might do it!..Maybe I should add some hot red peppers to the mix...Thanks Bob
We spent a very quiet Sunday at home, mostly reading and the usual laundry...We were content with leftovers for dinner leaving meatloaf for today...Temperatures are climbing just a bit but still not getting out of the teens...Pat reported in this morning, from Maryland, they are in the middle of an ice storm, schools closed, freeways a skating rink...Makes our cold temperatures look like a minor blip overall...Hugs to All...OWAV:)
