Snow/Rain...22º

Snow to rain to ice...Haven't been on the main roads but Barton Heights is pretty icy although we have seen it much worse...For now the snow/rain seems to be over and sunshine will prevail for a few days...Enough snow on the ground for a "White Christmas."

No visitors at the JC yesterday as Cheryl and I finished cleanup from the Christmas Concert...She with the vacuum and me with cleaner to scrub down counters, sinks and tables and empty garbage...Much of it had been done the night before, so we finished up early and left for the day.

A quick trip to Safeway this morning and then home to slice and dice for tomorrow's "Christmas Supper." Soup and pie is on the menu, after we attend the musical "Guys and Dolls" at the Elgin Opera House...This also looks like a good day to make a batch of bread, sourdough starter is bubbling away in the kitchen...Merry Christmas To All...Safe travels, Fill your life with Love and Laughter and remember to enjoy!
