Herb spent his morning at our wood-log pile "sawing logs" for a couple of hours...Hauled it home and unloaded to be split later...A good exercise program for him for the next, whatever it takes to make burnable chunks out of a big pile of logs...When my knee gets better I can join him.
I spent the morning in the kitchen and then on the computer...After procrastinating for some months I booked some days in Arizona for us in February and March, still working on another week...Will take in a few ballgames at spring training and enjoy the warmer weather...It must have been the storm yesterday that put down a smattering of snow that motivated me to look at warmer climates.
Today I have write people and an appointment with Dr. Burgoyne (knee doctor) for my one month checkup...After icing and heating for the pass several days the knee is feeling better!
I'm continuing correspondence with Colleen (granddaughter of my Aunt Ruby (Daddy's sister)...We are exchanging snippets from the past about our memories of aunts, uncles and cousins...So many questions and virtually no one left with the answers...Why is it that we wait until we are old before we delve into this stuff...Anyway it is very interesting reading her stories and thoughts on this big extended family...At least it gives us a chance to become acquainted and probably never would have happened without todays technology.
Haven't heard from Rusty so he must be busy and having a good time...Our girls are on a little trip to Seattle where Cienna is representing the Science and Technology camp she attended last summer...I'm sure they will cover this event in Bobi's blog in a few days, so stay tuned...Hugs To All...OWAV:)
