Busy day yesterday...did my last pan of tomatoes until we get more in Milton-Freewater on our way home from Hood River...Met Pat at the lake to walk, it was raining so we walked to a video she has...Took a 2-mile walk right in her living room...wasn't bad for a video...Should work well on the many winter days that we don't dare try to walk because of icy conditions...
Have a fun trip planned to Hood River, with Pat, to see "Cemetery Tales"...Peoples names are chosen from the cemetery, then research done on their life and it is reenacted in play form at the cemetery..."I Think"... You will hear the whole scoop when I get back home...Pat grew up in Hood River and her sister Maureen still lives there...We will stay with her and see some of the sights around the valley, it is pear season, so things should be happening...I've always thought Hood River a pretty town, except for the wind...Pat lived in Odell which is away from the river and not so windy...Her parents owned a fruit orchard.
